The Process
We Guarantee Our Work
UNDER CONSTRUCTION
Crack Repair
We will be injecting the foundation crack with a urethane resin using a compressor and 95 lbs of air pressure. This will insure the material penetrates the entire thickness of the foundation wall. Once the urethane resin has dried it is a flexible gasket and will not let any water into the basement, (this process alleviates the need to excavate the exterior of the foundation). Once this process is done, a 100% rubber membrane will be applied over the repair to create a clean and neat finish.
EPOXY Injection
We will prep and inject the foundation crack with a grade A epoxy. This epoxy will be injected using 95lbs of air pressure to insure that it penetrates the entire thickness of the foundation wall. Once Injected the epoxy will dry to chemically weld the two parts into one solid piece.
Bulkhead Injection
Injection into the areas where the bulkhead meets the concrete basement wall. We will remove the material previously used to seal the bulkhead and replace it with a urethane resin injection. This material will be injected with 95 lbs of air pressure to insure the material penetrates the entire thickness of the foundation wall.
Conduit Injection
We will remove all the materials used to previously seal the conduit. The area will then be prepped and injected around the conduit with a urethane resin using 95lbs of air pressure to insure the material penetrates to the exterior of the foundation and seal the water out at the source.
Sewer Pipe Injection
We will remove all the materials used to previously seal the pipe. The area will then be prepped and injected around the conduit with a urethane resin using 95lbs of air pressure to insure the material penetrates to the exterior of the foundation and seal the water out at the source.
Gas Line Inlet
The materials previously used to seal around the gas line will be removed. The area will be prepped and injected with urethane resin.
Water Line Injection
We will remove all the materials used to previously seal the water pipe. The area will then be prepped and injected around the pipe with a urethane resin using 95lbs of air pressure to insure the material penetrates to the exterior of the foundation and seal the water out at the source.
